ENSHIRE FREE SPEECH

The High Court recognizes an implied freedom of political communication. We will codify this into a legislative Bill of Rights to strictly forbid "Misinformation" censorship bills. You have a constitutional right to speak your mind without fear of government retribution.

STOP THE SKY SLAUGHTER. BAN 1080.

Right now, your tax dollars are funding the mass poisoning and aerial slaughter of Australian wildlife.

The government uses 1080 Poison—a banned substance in most of the world—to kill wild dogs, deer, and pigs. It causes a slow, horrific death involving seizures and organ failure that can last for days.

They use Aerial Culling to gun down Brumbies and deer, leaving wounded animals to suffer in the scrub where no one can see them.

This isn't management; it's cruelty AURP stands for Ethics.

Native Wildlife & Ecosystem Recovery Plan

Current government policies are failing our environment. Indiscriminate 1080 poison is killing our native quolls, eagles, and goannas, while "lock up and leave" neglect is choking our National Parks with invasive weeds and extreme fire fuel loads. We are fighting for a science-based, hands-on approach to save our biodiversity. Our plan bans toxic poisons, restores active forest management, and puts boots on the ground to ethically manage invasive species—protecting our environment. Restore Aus.

THE RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENCE

The right to defend one's life and family is absolute. We will legislate the "Castle Doctrine," ensuring that no Australian can be prosecuted for using reasonable force to defend their home against an intruder.

Smart Justice: The Nordic Model

Australia’s prison system is failing. Our re-offending rate is nearly 50%, while Norway’s is just 20%. We are wasting billions to create better criminals. The AURP Plan: We will adopt the Scandinavian model of intense rehabilitation. Offenders will face NO BAIL to ensure community safety, but once convicted, they enter a rigorous system of education, skills training, and psychological reform. We don't just punish; we turn liabilities into taxpayers.

Singapore Tax 17% (Manufacturing & Global HQ)

The Singapore Model: We will create Tax-Free Special Economic Zones specifically for manufacturing. This will incentive companies to manufacture locally reducing the cost of locally made goods.

We also want global companies to set up HQ in Australia to bring more money to Australia by lowering tax for them to 17%.

YOUTH JUSTICE

No more slap on the wrist. We are ending the "catch and release" culture. We will introduce mandatory, military-style diversion programs (Boot Camps) for young offenders. If you act like an adult criminal, you will face adult discipline.

DEFUND BUYBACKS, FUND RECOVERY

We will cancel the $15 Billion Gun Buyback scheme. That money is currently wasted on confiscating property from law-abiding farmers and shooters. We will redirect every single dollar into building world-class Mental Health and Rehabilitation facilities.

KEEP YOUR OVERTIME & HELP APRENTICES

You worked for it, you keep it. The government doesn't clock on for your overtime, so they shouldn't tax it. We will legislate that all overtime pay is 100% Tax-Free. If you put in the extra hours, that money goes into your pocket, not Canberra's

Also a $5,000.00 tool allowance when apprentice's start their work.

CRUSH THE DUMPERS

The Greens want to lock you out. We want to let you in. But if you treat our bush like a tip, you lose your car. If you dump your rubbish in our bush, we will seize and your vehicle.

The Policy: We are upgrading illegal dumping from a council fine to a Criminal Offence with jail time. Police will have the power to seize vehicles used for dumping.

FREE TIP RUNS

We will abolish residential waste disposal fees. By making the tip free, we stop the incentive for illegal dumping. We will also build Waste-to-Energy incinerators (The Japan Model) to turn that trash into cheap electricity.

Zero-Emission Biodiversity Protection (Nuclear)

Protect our forests from industrial sprawl. We support Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) as the only zero-emission power source with a microscopic land footprint. We will lift the ban to secure cheap, 24/7 baseload power, but ONLY if independent science proves SMRs meet the highest environmental and waste safety standards. Real climate action, no habitat destruction.

A CABINET OF MERIT

The Pledge: No more party hacks in top jobs. We will legislate that Ministers must have real-world qualifications in their portfolio.

The Health Minister must be a Doctor.

The Attorney General must be a Constitutional Lawyer.

The Education Minister must be a Teacher.

EDUCATION, NOT INDOCTRINATION

Schools are for learning, not activism. We are taking the politics out of the classroom. A strict "Back to Basics" curriculum: Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, and factual Australian History. We will abolish DEI mandates and remove political ideology from schools.

Eye in the Sky

The Policy: We will deploy a fleet of Thermal Drones to patrol our forests 24/7. They will detect illegal dumping, spot bushfires early, and help manage feral pests. We will open state forests, and national parks to stop the pest issue in Australia

NO MORE LOCKED GATES

The Policy: We will legislate a national Right to Access all National Parks and State Forests for sustainable recreation.

The Guarantee: Existing 4WD tracks and fire trails cannot be permanently closed without a parliamentary vote.

The Freedom: If there is a track, you can drive it.

FREE CAMPING

The Policy: We will abolish camping fees in State Forests. Families shouldn't have to pay a "nature tax" to sleep in a swag under the stars.

The bush is free. Keep your money for the fuel tank.

END THE WAR ON MODS

The Policy: We will implement a single National Modification Standard. A vehicle legal in one state is legal in all.

Stop the Defect Notices: Police will be prohibited from issuing defect notices for minor issues like tyre poke or mudflaps that don't pose a safety risk.

PROTECT OUTDOOR TRADITIONS

The Policy: We will protect the right of recreational fishers to access Marine Parks and ban foreign Super Trawlers that steal our fish

Hunting Access: We support sustainable hunting in State Forests as a tool for conservation and food sourcing

BINDING PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The Problem: Currently, governments use the "Inform" model—they make a decision and then tell you about it.

The Solution: We adopt the IAP2 Standard (International Association for Public Participation). We commit to the "Empower" level of consultation.

The Pledge: On major policy decisions, we don't just ask for your opinion. We place the final decision-making power in your hands. Your voice is binding.

TERM LIMITS

The Problem: Politicians get comfortable, arrogant, and out of touch.

The Solution: We are ending the "Career Politician."

The Policy:

Max 3 Terms: You serve your community, then you go back to the real world.

No Life Pension: We abolish the lifelong Parliamentary Pension for new MPs. If you don't get a pension for working 9 years, neither should they.

Democratic Health Rights

The Problem: Emergency powers bypassed transparency and community consent.
The Policy: Future measures must pass a "Human Rights & Wellbeing Test." No mandates without clear, peer-reviewed evidence justifying the social cost and financial.
The Pledge: We defend bodily autonomy and civil liberties. Crisis management must be transparent and community-led, ensuring your rights and livelihood are never sacrificed for political theater.

ABOLISH HECS DEBT

The Policy: We will abolish existing HECS debt and return to Free University for Australian citizens.

The Funding: Funded by levies on international students.

AUTOMATIC GOLD CARD

The Policy:

Liability First: If a veteran claims an injury, the DVA must pay for treatment first and investigate later.

Automatic Access: Automatic Gold Card access for all veterans with qualifying service.

We are ending the demonization of law-abiding shooters. We stop punishing the innocent and start targeting the dangerous. If you are fit and proper, you get your rights back. If you are violent, you lose them forever.

DEPORT TERROR SUPPORTERS

We don't import hate. Any non-citizen found funding or supporting terrorist organizations will face immediate deportation and/or life imprisonment.
The Policy Detail: We will increase funding for ASIO to monitor financial flows to extremist groups. Under our Safe Streets Bail Act, anyone charged with hate-motivated violence or funding terror will be refused bail and deported upon conviction.
